What's New in wynNotebooks v9.1

wynNotebooks lets business users tell the story behind the data, pairing narrative analysis with inline charts, KPIs, and visualizations in a single document. v9.1 adds two updates that make those data stories easier to share and easier to keep current: Notebooks can now be embedded in a host application, and wynAI Chat Analysis can write and refresh the narrative directly from the underlying data.

Embedding brings Notebooks in line with how the rest of the platform’s document types are surfaced, and AI-driven insights change how the narrative itself stays current. Together they get Notebooks in front of more people and keep what they say accurate as the numbers move.

Embed Notebooks in Your Host Application 

Notebook documents can now be embedded using DIV integration, the same way Wyn’s other document types are. That brings Notebooks in line with the rest of the platform and means the narrative reports your team builds can live inside the application your users already work in, rather than only on the Wyn portal.

AI-Generated Data Stories That Stay Current 

This is the bigger change for Notebooks in v9.1. Data insights and visualization explanations driven by wynAI Chat Analysis can now update the textual content inside a Notebook directly. Because that narrative is generated from the data behind the visuals, the story stays current as the data changes, so a Notebook does not drift out of date the moment the numbers move. It is a practical way to keep shared insights accurate without rewriting the commentary by hand every time.
